1st interview was a screening interview over the phone that took less than 10 minutes. The 2nd interview was in person and took about 30 minutes. The third interview consisted of a tour of the facility and more behavioral questions similar to those asked in the 2nd interview.

Thorough but appropriate. They asked many questions about my previous job history and experiences. I had two separate interviews. I met with engineering manager as well as the department manager.
