I received an email from the Technical Recruiter and the information provided was intriguing so I responded. Once I responded, it progress rather quickly. I had a quick phone call with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. We got lucky with timing and I was able to be interviewed on site within the week of the initial phone calls. Once onsite, it was a series of interviews with 4 people that would be working closely with the person in the role. They kept the interviews pretty conversational (which I prefer) and made sure to give me a chance to ask questions at the end. The onsite was about 2.5 to 3 hours. After the on-site, I did have to wait a little bit for them to conclude their process. Throughout the process, the recruiting team was super responsive.

Initial phone screen which changed into a video call on no notice. Essay submission to discuss your background, challenges, and experience. The company does not provide feedback to candidates after the phone screen and written essay. Poor interview experience.
