This EM role required demonstrating technical depth and ability to communicate it, so they started the day having me give a talk like one would at a meetup. I really enjoyed that and it was a good sign to me about their culture. Also got to meet several people in different functions over lunch, to get a feel for what it would be like to be part of the company. It's still <100 so you get to know everyone and know that you're in it together.
