I was interviewed for the role of Software engineer organised by IIM job fair, Quintype HR - Nidhi was very good towards the process she explained about the company culture ,interview process.

It was a very unique and interesting process I had attended so far. There are no fixed rounds for the hiring process. It is decided by the HR's on spot. On the first day of the process we were divided into a group or 2 or 3. We were given a problem statement and we had to write a code on that and explain how we derived it. We were given a duration on one hour. I got a message that I was shortlisted for the next round. There was a very interactive session were they check our logical thinking. We were again divided into groups and given a problem to solve in any Language and we had to present it to the everyone. Overall it was a very interesting hiring process.
