Entrevista
It was a very unique and interesting process I had attended so far. There are no fixed rounds for the hiring process. It is decided by the HR's on spot. On the first day of the process we were divided into a group or 2 or 3. We were given a problem statement and we had to write a code on that and explain how we derived it. We were given a duration on one hour. I got a message that I was shortlisted for the next round. There was a very interactive session were they check our logical thinking. We were again divided into groups and given a problem to solve in any Language and we had to present it to the everyone. Overall it was a very interesting hiring process.
Thanks for participating in our Fresher hiring. Quintype is in the process of hiring and training the first batch of freshers. In the past we have had some encouraging results both for us and individuals and are working to build a sustainable program. Thanks for the patience as we work to finalise this!
