You apply online and they'll usually contact you in a week or two. For any store in Missouri or Kansas (outside of Wichita), you'll interview at the HQ in Mission, Kansas. You first take a math test without using a calculator (but you get a pencil and paper and unlimited time). I was interviewed twice (didn't get it the first time) and the questions were only slightly different. Very laid back atmosphere, no reason at all to worry.
