first we fill out an application, which includes a basic test of knowledge of the metro roads, highways, etc. then you get called in for a face to face interview. personally, i applied and was interviewed and hired all in the same day, within 2 hours.

No questions asked, take a test with answers in the open book, get hired. Seems like they have a problem with employee retention from talking to other couriers. Literally the easiest interview of my life
