The interview process was actually fantastic, I learned a lot and grew a ton from this process. First you’ll have a call with a recruiter, if that goes well, then you’ll move to the CCAT and an interview with the hiring manager. If you pass that, you’ll move onto a panel interview which was wonderful as well. I honestly loved the entire process up until after the interview. I was being strung along, and when I would reach out to verify that I was still in consideration, the recruiter would promise that I was and that they’d get back with me by a certain date, which they never did. After a nearly 3 week wait, I ended up taking a job offer with a different company and only received an email back after I called to let the recruiter know I was no longer interested due to the wait time.
Overall, I felt like I was ghosted and found that very disappointing for what was an awesome and engaging interview experience. Keeping candidates waiting for 3 weeks is not a good process, especially because the most recent candidate will always make the best impression when you interviewed so long ago.
I would however still recommend Quickbase to a peer looking for a job, as I do not think this is their standard practice.
