Entrevista
First round phone interview with the SVP of managed services then second round interview in person. Interviewed with SVP, Account Manager, Senior Consultant, HR. Asked typical behavioral questions. They were all friendly, but a few seemed disinterested in the interview.
Things I found a bit strange:
The SVP asked me for my college GPA even though I’d graduated 4 years ago. The Senior Consultant admitted in the interview she had not read my resume and prepared questions for someone straight out of college not someone with experience so she was reading me resume and creating questions on the spot. HR talked about benefits package which I thought was strange having not received a job offer.
Lot of great personal and scenario like questions. Made sure I knew what I would be getting myself into. Interviewers also did a great job answering all the questions I had.

Entrevista
First I had a phone interview with a hiring manager, which was mostly about my academic background and previous work experience, and was a chance for me to learn more about the company and what would be expected of the role I had applied for. Later that day an HR associate reached out and informed me that the hiring manager wanted me to come into the office for an in-person interview for the following week. The in-person interview was 2 hours long, and consisted of four 30 minute interviews with the hiring manager, HR associate, and two others who work with employees in the role I was applying for. These questions were mainly behavioral, as I had no technical experience with SQL or some of the marketing technologies that they worked with. They assured me that this was no problem - they are more focused on finding someone with genuine interest in the field and company, as there are very thorough training sessions that would cover any technical experience needed. The interviewers were all incredibly nice and professional, and seemed genuinely passionate about the company.
I had my in-person interview on a Thursday, and got a call from the hiring manager the following Tuesday to let me know that they were sending over an offer letter.
