I was contacted by the HR asking to call them through linkedin pm script. Got an interview after the conversation. The whole process took 3 days from initial contact. Went for the interview which lasted 1 hour. Was not able to answer all questions but most of them. Was asked to wait for a week to a get a final answer. But was never contacted
