Worst HR discussion in my entire life. They offered me unpaid intership for three months even after solving the leetcode question (189. Rotate Array). I questioned about the payment they said they paying for the chair , fan, light, monitor, etc. you are using while your unpaid internship. Company timings are timings are too worst - monday -staturday and 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM which is 57 hours a week but the max working hours are 48 hours as per IT labour laws. They are not ready pay for travelling expences and accommodation while unpaid intership. They are exploiting the situation of the Fresher in IT sector. F-2-F interview at offfice which is 15 km far from the bengaluru city, and its located in Residential Area, and much more far from the core tech area in bengaluru. If you are fresher then ignore this company they are paying very low less than 3LPA even you perform extraodinary and you need to work for 3 months unpaid internship. How good you will perform, they will say your performance is not upto the mark and they will give you unpaid intership offer for 3 months. If you question about the payment they tell they paying for the chair , fan, light, monitor, etc. you are using while your unpaid internship.
