After they told me you are selected to the next step they just ghosted me, terrible unprofessional experience. I felt that I did great. Never respond or even thank me for attending the interview process.. totally mess

I applied online and had a friend who's a current employee forward over my resume. I had a phone screening with the team lead and then an interview scheduled with the lead and manager. About 2 days after the interview I got the call from the manager offering me the position. So about 2 weeks for the hire process.
