After making it to the final round, I had an on-site interview with two people. The discussion and questions felt disorganized, and it seemed like they were exhausted from interviewing. Up until this point, the communication, coordination, and web interviews were positive. At the end of the on-site interview, the HR Director said they'd make a quick hiring decision and that I could expect an update the following week. However, I didn't receive any update that week, and despite following up with the HR rep twice, I was ghosted.
When you reach the final round and invest half your day in an on-site interview, the least Quest could do is inform candidates if they weren't selected. I've read interview reviews with similar negative experiences, and I won't waste any more of my time pursuing opportunities with this company.

Process took about a week. All interviews were conversational and really trying to understand my mindset, what I bring to the table, and transparency behind the company’s CS departments.
There were 2 online and one onsite interview. Despite the company’s history, CS is a newer department so there is a very fresh outlook with middle management and team.

This was a 4 stage virtual interview process with varying levels of technical and situational questions around customer management, sales/renewal experience, and workload balance. Stages were conducted by recruiting, CS Manager, and CS Leadership. Good communication from recruiting until the final stage where I never recieved any confirmation whether I had been successful. Over 3 months later I still have never recieved any communication from them. This has left a very poor impression of the company
