Meet with HR and management. Was told about the job, then showed around the office. Then asked a few questions like how I would handle a hard patient or a office issue
I was first interviewed through a recruiting agency then met with the HR manager who asked me general/situational questions. Then I was briefly Introduced to the physician, who had the final decision.
