I had a brief phone interview before setting up a first round in person interview. The first round interview was very laid back and conversational. At the end of the interview, I was told the next step would be setting up a second interview with the head attorney, and that they would check his schedule and get back to me. I sent 2 follow up emails, never got any kind of response, and the job was closed and then posted again a few weeks llater.
