The process was quick and very engaging. There were no technical questions asked. The questions asked were things included in my CV and cover letter. The interviewer was friendly and made the interview more conversational.

Very fair. In the interview they are just trying to get to know you and how you do in team's. They also assess your time and pressure management skills. The interview is 10-15 min long.
