I had a 3 Stage Interview. The first was a telephone call out ling CV etc. 2nd was a meeting in the office with the director of Marketing and BD, 3rd int stage was a meeting with Dir of Ops via skype as she was in NY / Pre sales and Associate / and the CEO.

very detailed interview process and you meet everyone in the team
CEO is also involved and doing last rounds of interviews for everyone in the company
