Recruiter phone screen and then set up a 1-hour interview with a senior engineer on the team. They asked general behavioral interview questions, and second part of interview was asking non-coding, machine learning questions.

How would you test a model for inference over time in production?
The coding interview process went well, but they declined because the hiring manager expected a lot of LLM-related knowledge during the machine learning part of the interview, despite my resume clearly showing that I didn't not have any experience in that domain.
