El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Provo, UT) en nov 2010
Entrevista
Already familiar with Qualtrics from my Marketing classes at the Marriott School of Business at BYU, I heard that they were hiring from a friend who had recently been hired. The interview process was a somewhat rigorous and very positive experience; there were three rounds of interviews. The first was a group interview with about ten other candidates and three or four current employees. Second, those who were invited back interviewed individually with several managers. The third interview was with three of the four owners of the company. This process showed the transparent culture at Qualtrics; employees at all levels of the company can be involved in interviewing and each employee's opinion is highly valued. The rigorous interview process is indicative of the culture at Qualtrics; the growing company pushes you to fire at all cylinders. Very inviting feeling from everyone at the company when I interviewed and a very clean and new office.

Pregunta 1
How do you organize your day?
I was asked to give as much detail as possible about how I go about organizing my day. This question wasn't so much difficult as it was unexpected.

we had to follow a rubric and I felt that the questions really didn't get to know me. I would have liked a more flowing conversation. I was nice though cause all canadites are interviewed on the same level.
Really great interview everyone was super engaging and friendly. The process was pretty long and I met with 4 different people who all asked similar questions but it didn't feel too repetitive.
