Entrevista
The interview was a lengthy process compared to other interviews I've had. First, there is an initial phone screening, followed by an HTML test. You're given W3 Schools as a study site. If you pass, you're scheduled for four 30-minute interviews with Global Operations Managers (although one person I interviewed with did not hold this position). After these interviews, I was extended an offer within two weeks. Qualtrics arranged to fly me out and I had to give them my decision one week after visiting Utah. Overall, I was given a very generous month to decide. Although many parts of the culture are very fun and upbeat and the benefits/perks are great, I ultimately decided that the company was not a good fit for me at the time. From what I understood, growth beyond level two is difficult based on the size of the company, and the demographic was not diverse enough for me.

Very straightforward typical straight forward behavioral questions “tell me a time you solved a difficult problem” etc. She asked a lot of follow up questions to stories so make sure you go detailed. Didn’t have a ton of questions prepped so again, it’s beneficial go in detail.

Entrevista
There are three interviews in total. All the interviewers were friendly, open minded and easy to talk with. They asked about the difficult thing I needed to deal with and how I overcame it, how I handled the situation when I couldn't handle it the way I usually do, and what was the difficult experience in my past customer experience and how I successfully handled it.
