Went through about 6 rounds of interviews with a number of stakeholders and team members. Process overall took about 4/5 weeks and everyone was very pleasant. Lots of competency based questions, so examples required.
Overall however a really really disappointing outcome. I went through the entire process, and my recruiter was finalizing my offer package. Then I received a call to say the role I applied for was being changed and I wasn't actually suitable for the new role.
Honestly was such an unprofessional outcome on their side, wasted my time and got my hopes up and I'll never honestly know if the role actually did change or if they wanted to back track on making me an offer. Unfortunately I won't be applying to Qualtrics again because of how this was handled.
