This was not a great interview cycle for me. The company used too much gamification for my liking. It made the interview cycle seem very disingenuous and impersonal. They required me to record myself answering several canned questions as opposed to standing up a Zoom/Teams bridge. I would think a company focused on monitoring and managing stakeholder experiences would realize that their methods turned off candidates.

Strong communication and flexibility. Offer received and accepted. Met with half a dozen folks, all of them lovely. Feel great coming out of the process. Excited to have signed the offer and join the team.

There were many steps involved, the list with additional interviews seemed never ending. The final step was a panel presentation and demo. I never understood how a product demo would help to judge a senior seller
