Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Provo, UT) en dic 2017
Entrevista
A recruiting coordinator reached out to me through LinkedIn, told me a little about the job and then set up a phone interview with the recruiter.
Phone interview with the recruiter went well. They sounded knowledgeable, asked several questions, and painted Qualtrics in a good light.

The hiring process started with a very casual 30 minute phone conversation. Went over my background, and just very casual things.
About a week later got news that I moved on to the next round, which was an on-campus interview. Went through and interviewed with 4 separate people in 30 mins blocks. The interviews progressively get harder and harder. The last person they brought in was especially tough and the line of questioning had you thinking outside the box.
I ended up not getting the position and was disappointed as I feel I would have been a great fit, and felt a connection to the company.

Give me an elevator pitch that you would give a potential engineer to work for Qualtrics?

I was reached out to by the hiring manager on LinkedIn. The interview process was a first phone interview, a 3 hour on-site interview then two 30 minute video interviews. For the Seattle Market being as hot as it is right now, the overall hiring process took an incredibly long time with very little communication between each stage of the process.
After seeing the offices from the on-site interview I was sold on the company and the culture. They have a fantastic work space, a great location, the people were fantastic and had amazing office perks. So they do have that going for them.
With that being said, during the final video interviews, it is what ultimately made me go with another offer. I have never had a more unprofessional experience, the interviewer didn't have my resume, ate during the call, looked at his phone and talked to other people during the video conference. I have never been treated so unprofessionally for an interview. Especially with someone saying what they loved about the company and what made the company amazing for them was the people.

They asked standard recruiter questions, nothing out of the ordinary, how do you source, how do you close a candidate, tell me about yourself, why are you looking to leave your current role.
