Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Qualtrics (Seattle, WA) en mar 2016
Entrevista
Contacted by a recruiter from Provo, UT. Very friendly and a great recruiter. Asked for some time to prepare and he asked me to take a month or so to prepare and gave me what preparations I would need. He also pointed me to this great interview site called interviewcake.
Scheduled a phone interview which I thought went fine but got rejected after a day.
It seemed like the guy who interviewed me over Google hangout was very much uninterested in interviewing that day. No matter how much I tried to engage him, he kept silent after he gave the question and after 40 mins he said, ok, if you have questions, ask me and then hung up on me.

The interview process took about 1,5 months from the moment I applied for the role.
I went through Recruiter Screening Call => Hiring Manager(Tech Signal and Behavioral Questions (TACOS)) => 2 back to back interviews, it was 1,5h coding with 2 interviewers(Leetcode Medium Sliding Windows and palindrome search) and 1h System Design(built booking service for events).
After 5 days I was rejected due to failing coding part.
Overall, it was great to communicate with the hiring team, they were very friendly, supportive and transparent, so I would love to apply again after 6 months cooldown period.

Entrevista
Day 1: Applied.
Day 7: The recruiter emailed me asking to talk and added some screening questions that I answered. We talked over the phone the next day, and I was moved forward.
Day 11: I had a virtual behavioral interview with the hiring manager for about an hour. Standard questions, trying to determine how well I aligned with the TACOS values.
Day 29: Recruiter reached out again saying they're moving me forward to the technical portion of the process, which includes a virtual architecture design interview and two medium-difficulty HackerRank questions as a take-home test. I scheduled it for Day 35.
Day 34: Got an email from another recruiter with what was supposed to be the offline part (due before the interview the next day), but it was broken.
Day 35: 30 minutes before the architecture interview, original recruiter finally acknowledges broken link, says I can do the offline part after the interview. Interview goes well, I receive the correct link, and I ace the offline portion later that day.
Day 43: Recruiter says they're completing interviews for the position and will reach out with an update within 2-3 weeks.
Day 67 (!): I reach out for an update, recruiter says they're in the final stages of a decision, and hopes to update in 1-2 weeks.
Day 82 (!!): I reach out again for an update.
Day 84 (!!!): Recruiter emails back saying people have been on vacation, but will get an update ASAP.
Day 90 (!!!!): Recruiter emails a rejection. Says they didn't get strong enough signals from my interviews (why did they move me forward if the behavioral interview disqualified me?), and that the feedback is good for 6 months, so effectively they'll toss any other application I make for any other job at the company.

It's been over two months (!) since the behavioral interview, so I don't remember exactly what was asked, but I do remember some of them seemed to be trying to gauge how well I fit the TACOS values.
Architecture interview was basically "here's a common web application, how would you architect this?", and the two offline coding questions were medium HackerRank questions.
Recruiter Call
First Technical Interview - paired with another software engineer, hackerrank codepair, a couple experience questions before given a coding problem.
Final Round (2 Technical, 1 Personal Qualities, 1 Architecture/System Design)
