The interview process was really well tailored to select for critical thinking and problem solving rather than learned skills. The interviewers were clearly very technically skilled but still more concerned with creativity.

I was presented with a stack of one dollar bills and told to sort them, with no further explanation.
The process took +6 months, the hiring manager scheduled over 8 interviews during this period.
He has poor decision making skills. He kept staling and delaying the decision for over 4 months keeping people in the pool of candidate for no reason at sight.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3+ weeks. Telephonic round was followed by Written test. More about DITA and technical concepts. the paper was lengthy with good technical questions.

applicants apply to the company site and based on the resume candidates are slected for technical round that happenes either via telephone or you are called to the location and then a third round where face to face happens. The company is good for freshers experianced people stay away the pay is not competative and there is no onsite. Overall good for freshers.
