I was contacted for a job I had applied to at Quadient. I was firstly surprised when I ask the recruiter extra context about the role and he didn't have any and said the hiring manager would have. He proposed to follow up with an email so I could confirm my interest. He did so and I confirmed. From there, everything went wrong. I was contacted on WhatsApp to agree on a time for the first round. After providing timeslots I received an email with a link. The mail was Empty - the date and duration were missing as well as who would be present and why. Never seen that before. After I asked some details without answer the call got cancelled and I got no replies anymore. In nearly 10years of experience I have never seen such a disrespect of potential candidates. I understand someone might have had personal circumstances or something but it's not an excuse to not talk and communicate with respect to candidate. After such experience I knew this wasn't a place for me anyway.
