First round was essentially about machine learning. Crap was the second round. After being confirmed before the interview that test can be attempted in Python, Interviewer asked to attempt it in C++ and said he was not intimated about the fact that the interview can be attempted in Python. Interviewer himself did not know derivation of standard deviation formula, which he asked before the coding. He started to google about the basic derivation and spent 10 minutes on his search in a 60 minutes interview. God should save us from such an interviewer who himself does not know basic statistical derivation. Second question was dynamic programming based. Afterwards there were questions on machine learning( though it was a programming test). Tragedy was that there was no reply on interview result despite repeated reminders.

First call with one of the owners. Second call was a technical interview - solve two programming questions (Python and C++). Third interview was a technical interview focused on how you approach the research problem. They told me that they want me to talk with two more members of their quant team, back after that they never got back to me.
