The initial interview was over the phone discussing job history and behavioral questions. Second interview was a two person panel interview. Behavioral questions were asked and background information was discussed. They had me give examples of what I had done in various work situations and what the outcome was. Both positive and negative scenarios were discussed.

Fairly casual for me. I met with the office manager on two occasions and was asked a series of questions in regards to my current position. Also asked about programs I was comfortable with.
