The interviewer is fun, understanding and not intimidating. They will try to make us as comfortable as they can although the interview is conducted virtually. They also try to understand full what is our personality, skills and etc. They also explain the business model throughoutly so we can get full picture of the company. Bonus points that they also send rejection letter. So i think they have provide ethical recruitment process.
