I had all the qualifications to be a customer service rep, was well trained and interviewed by my department's executive. Then got promoted to Program Specialist after 6 months. The company allows you to wear different hats if you are interested in departments that you would like to explore within the company that you otherwise would not have been exposed to. They believe in quality over quantity and treat their employees very well.
