The interview was between myself and 2 of my potential managers. It was a good experience as there werent any nonsense questions and was just us all getting to know eachother and having a casual conversation about my skills, experience and interests

They made sure that we were relaxed before we started letting us know it not going to be an intense day. We had a tour of the place and spoke to some people who were already on the scheme. Lunch was all provided for the group activity was fun it was set like an escape room.
