I had an initial phone screen with my potential account/project lead. That was a thorough discussion of my career experience and what the nature of the project was. There was some discussion about the US government contract nature of the position and if I had previous government contracting experience. Next, I met with the branch/office director and my potential account/project lead. This was a fairly typical IT application developer type interview. I received more information about Qbase as a company as well as the mission on the government contract. There was discussion how I would be working with employees of the actual contractor who won the project award from the USAF.
