Not many interviews done -only one single.
Will be done by the person in whose team we will be working in since the staffs are divided into teams. working atmosphere is just like a family atmosphere. Every single individual carries out multiple projects at a time.

will be checked for some previous works done by us. The work will not be checked -for eg- if we say we know primavera or revit they will not check giving a sample test.
It will be only to those who do not communicate well who will be tested for these.

Entrevista
The interviewer basically reviews your portfolio and listens your explanation. Ideally bring a printed CV along with your other certificates and portfolio. Once you present the portfolio, they might ask some questions based on your experience. Later you can ask regarding the office and the benefits.

Entrevista
Interview review of skills and experience to establish capability and pay grade. Mostly by the design manager. Some are hired on campus, some are walk-ins, there is no particular time unless it is advertised. Some are referrals by employees and some are relatives etc. It is always between need for people and the need for jobs.
