The recruitment began with a phone interview, followed by an invitation to a virtual interview with two team members, one based in Krakow and the other in the US. Throughout these interactions, I found the atmosphere to be very positive, friendly, and informative. Both the interviews went very well, we had a great rapport and even connected on LinkedIn. During the final interview, it was emphasized that the company highly values a feedback culture, LOL. I have not received any follow-up communication since then (over a month since the interview was booked) The email address and phone number provided for follow-ups are generic, making it difficult to reach the recruiter directly. Additionally, despite sending a message to the hiring manager on LinkedIn I have not received any responses. They completely ghosted me. PS-A few hours after this review was posted, I received a call from a different recruiter with feedback.
