Slow, they took a long time to communicate about the interview. The interviewers were not prepared on the day. They didn't know what they were really looking for and were not joined up in their questions. There was clear tension between the two interviewers.

Applied for the risk analyst position around a month ago. recevied an email confirming I had been shortlisted and that they wanted to set up a pre screening call with HR and gave me a few dates and times. I came back with my availability and was blanked. emailed again the next week with the same thing and managed to organise the pre screen call with HR. joined the call at the set date and time but was informed by the HR rep that they had double booked 10 minutes after the call was set to start. I withdrew from the application process following this.

Never got this far since the HR team were so incompetent
Applied directly for the role and received a phone screen call from one of the internal HR/recruitment team approximately 1 week after applying.
I was briefly asked a few questions about my resume, level of experience relevant to the role and salary expectations.
To finish the phone call, I requested and received a detailed job description via email. In the email response, the HR consultant also requested that if I was interested in the role to provide some written commentary around relevance for the roles.
I found this very odd as I had a) already expressed interest in the role in the previous phone call, and b) already verbally responded to similar questions they asked of me via the same phone call!
