Step 1-Prescreening from Recruiter who are actually not QAD employees. Step 2 call with hiring manager_reviewed background and role of position. Process was fine. Step 3 Scheduled for Video mtg with Group VP who did not show to the mtg. Said he would call the next day and did not Step 4 Interview in a different city requiring air travel. This hiring mgr was then traveling to the city I live in. "Scary that this money and time was spent from both the mgr & recruiter" Step 5 Group VP showed up at scheduled call over 15 minutes late . He described needing to bring in 50 mil of subscription for a 5 yr span. His numbers did not make sense. He also was interviewing me for the Global Acct Mgr position and yet I was told I was interviewing for the Regional. He did respond to questions and gave a summary.
