2 stage interview process in person, same questions and format for each interview, the role described in the interview was different to the advertised role and changed significantly between the two interviews. I didn't feel that they really knew what they were looking for. The first interview was scheduled for 8am but the office didn't open until 8.30. I had to chase for feedback as I had other offers and didn't really get a constructive reason why I wasn't offered a role. The central recruitment team were quite pleasant and checked my salary expectation before I was put forward for the role. During the interview the interviewer seemed shocked at my salary expectation. The office was nice and it looked like it could be a fun place to work. I got the impression that compared to other organisations they have junior staff with impressive sounding senior job roles. I think they were really looking for an experienced administrator rather than a project manager used to working at a strategic level.
