      Entrevista

      Phone interview with recruiter. The recruiter was very non-technical and asked easy textbook/academic questions about neural networks he almost certainly didn't understand. Recruiter said he'd follow up but of course ghosted. Later saw they changed the req to require more years of experience. Odd they require the same years of experience when their lead data scientist has less years than what's required in the new req. Based on what I heard from others they underpay as well.

      Thank you for sharing your interviewing feedback. We certainly make no claim on the Talent team to possess the impressive technical knowledge of a data scientist! We ask textbook questions in the earlier stages of the interviewing process to ensure consistency and fairness. For this particular role, we re-posted because our business needs changed due to growth and client demand. We adjusted the required experience accordingly, which includes a commensurate change in the pay level. At Q-Centrix, we strive to provide the best candidate experience and this includes maintaining communication with qualified applicants. Please understand, for us and everyone, the past seven weeks have been quite hectic, and as result it sounds like we dropped the ball in following up with you.
