Long drawn out. Did three interviews. First with recruiter, second with PCA teams where I was given an assignment for 45 mins, then answered questions based on the assignment, third was with the TWO owners for half an hour. The interview with the owners started with one of the owner telling me that he does not think I would work with his company for more than 5 years.
