I first spoke with some Pyramid employees at my school's career fair. They were impressed enough to invite me to a second interview later that day, when most of the others had left. This went on to a series of several other interviews at their headquarters spread out over the next month, in which I interviewed with a variety of people from each of their three departments. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be of a similar mindset; the only time I felt uncomfortable was during one particular interview because I was asked several in-depth technical questions that I did not know the answer to. However, later interviewers assured me that this was normal for the person who asked me the questions in the first place. Overall, the environment, both of the interviews and apparently of the workplace, was very professional and conducive to productivity, but still laid back and not stressful.
