I entered PyraMax Bank as a Universal Banker. I applied online and within a few days got to set up a phone interview. After that we set up an in person interview with the managers I’d be working directly under. About 2 hours after the second interview I got the job and started the next day. The company also prioritizes promoting within the company, when I applied to the personal banker position I had an interview the next day and the same day of the interview was given the job. With that said, the company knows what they are looking for in an employee.

It was a "in house" interview since I was already with the company. Most of the duties I was already doing. It was more seeing if I could take on the extra responsibilities. It was a one on one interview with the person who would be my manager.
