Simple and streamline. 3 round interview, with 2nd being a case and 3rd with a partner. Overall standardized, but provide an opportunity to express yourself. Some challenging questions regarding the industry, however, given you've gone through recruiting you should definitely have a decent background. That said, highly recommend having previously networked with them as the additional colour and background they provide you are very useful to the interview process.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
