Entrevista
I interviewed for a graduate positin in Consulting within the CFO Advisory arm at PwC Copenhagen in November 2023. The process took approximately 3 months from having sent my application in September. In late October i got sent both a personality test and IQ test with lots of different type of questions such as numerical-, analytical- and logical reasoning. Early November i got the call that i was invited for an interview at their Hellerup headquarters for approx. 1,5h. The experience was overall very positive and felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. Beforehand i had solved a case that i was to bring 5 PP slides for, and present within a time frame of 10 minutes.
The interview itself started off with a conversation between HR, Partner of the division i applied for and a manager. All three girls. We talked about my motivation for applying for the graduate program, my backround which took offsett in resume and cover letter. They asked me questions such as "Why PwC" "Why Consulting" and "Why this graduate program" - took approx. 30 min. The next part of the interview was my case, i presented and then only one question from HR as to what i would do next to implement the strategies i had presented for tackling the problem. Then we went over to the tests i had taken beforehand, HR explained the metrics i had been evaluated after, and then i got some general questions as to how my personality reasoned with different real life scenarios such as "I can see that you score highly/outside of the median on teamwork - Can you tell me about a time you worked in a team where you were faced with a challenged and how you tacked this". Simple general questions to make sure that my personality resonated with what i had scored in my test.
They asked no hard questions, and the interview format felt more like a conversation between equals - They are looking for personal fit rather than an IQ genius. Overall a very very positive experience, and thats what made me choose PwC over my other offer at EY.
In general they talked as much as i did, and explained what they do on a daily basis, what their typical client looks like, what projects they work on and how their business units differ. They are looking to sort you into the best possible fit based on your skills and personality.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
