Processo lineare, ho svolto prima un'intervista con HR dove mi è stato chiesto il mio percorso di studi e poste alcune domande riguardanti la leadership. Successivamente sono stato chiamato per svolgere un lavoro di gruppo insieme ad altri candidati, infine un business case con il manager ed il senior manager di riferimento.

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
