The Superday includes 2 parts：group discussion and panel interview. Group interview starts from a 30 seconds ice breaking talk about a ramdomly assigned topic like the person who you admire most. Following that is 10-15min material reading, 35min discussion,
15 min presentation and 5 min Q&A. Panel interview was given by 2 staffs in my case, one manager one parterner. Basically they just asked about my CV and my feeling about our group's performance in the morning.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
