I submitted my CV into the system. 1 month later I got an email requesting an interview. The interview was scheduled for 2 hours 20 minutes, but I got done in around 2 hours. There were 2 people interviewing me. First part was a 40 minute Excel assessment testing knowledge of COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, WHAT IF functions. Second part was walking through my resume and answering technical and behavioral questions. It was pretty relaxed. They said HR would email me in 2 weeks of a decision to proceed to the next stage, but they never emailed me. I only found out through the job portal that they rejected me.
