The first interview is classic with HR (motivation, experience...) then the second is a business case study interview with several Managers with a pre read document sent 4 hours before.

HR interview pretty straight forward and classic.
Case study interview need preparation and specific mind set. Think out of the box approach. You can come with a well constructed solution to the case, the managers will challenge you to explain them the opposite solution.
