Spoke with Recruiter, spoke with Reg. Manager, Role Play with Regional Manager, Onsite interview with multiple team members.
I was also asked to donate to churches to see the online giving process. I was told they were looking for someone with good sales acumen but also experience with the church.. both sales and personal. I received nothing but positive feedback doing all the tasks they asked me to do from a sales perspective. When asked more personal questions about the church like my experience and upbringing the interview fell apart from there. There was more than one occasion I felt uncomfortable with the questions I was being asked but I tried to power through. The interview ended abruptly after lunch. I asked for feedback because at that point I knew it was over. I did get some feedback that I seemed "disinterested at times". Which I read in another review. I flew across the country did a ton of prep, donated money to churches. I was far from disinterested. At the end of the day the product was great the people there all seemed very nice and the software serves a great purpose. As for the interview process in my opinion, it could improve a lot. They need to be a lot more careful with the questions they choose to ask people about their affiliation with the Church in my opinion. I second the thought of them passing the EEOC sniff test as one other person put it.
