They want to get a good understanding of how well you can play with others, receive and accept instruction from management and an overall curiosity of what makes you tick and what you're capable and willing to do that could benefit them in terms of services that they offer such as finishing services (sanding and painting). You'll be interviewed, at a bare minimum, by head of operations as well as your future boss. If this goes well, you may find yourself interviewed by the owner / CEO.
Once hired they do a lot of activities and put effort into you getting to know your coworkers and them getting to know you.
It's important to not be quite nor answer anything 'short.' You should have decent communication skills in this interview.
