This entry level position made my jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops- first there were multiple skills tests, then I was asked to create a mockup post, then I attended two skype interviews, and was later asked to provide college transcripts and other documentation. After providing all of this and going above and beyond for each interview, the company then stopped contacting me and did not even bother to inform me that I was not chosen for the position.
