I was approached by a recruiter. I sent in my resume, and received a call back a few days later to set up an interview. I interviewed with the recruiter, and then received another call the following week to set up another interview with the Senior Field Manager. A little more than a week after the second interview, I received an offer.

I interviewed with the VP in Schaumburg IL which was a waste of time. He was very unorganized and only talked about how he will be the President of the Chicago division very soon. They dont even have the respect to send you an automated email telling you that you didn't get the job. Who would want to work for a company like this?
